Located at the Village at Leesburg ( Loudoun County in Northern Virginia ), our store is locally-owned and operated. Frilly Frocks is a very unique Boutique and Contemporary Consignment Shop offering Fine Women's Clothing and Children's Clothing and Accessories. We pride ourselves with an outstanding inventory and personally select only the latest styles and quality designer brands. Our selection of discount designer clothing is second-to-none! Our apparel for both women and children includes clothing, shoes, and accessories.

  • Women's Designer Purses. We recently have begun consignments of women's designer purses, and they have become a very hot seller! Be sure to pay close attention to our designer purses as you peruse the women's clothing section of our consignment shop.
  • Designer Jeans. And ladies, don't pass up our discount designer jeans! Why pay full price when you can find discount designer clothing in outstanding condition - and many items still New-With-Tags (NWT)?
  • Frilly Frocks offers a Gift Boutique section, complete with baby boutique items, as well as a children's boutique section.     Consignment shopping provides a greater price-toproduct ratio than any other form of retail. And, just as with any store, you will usually find items on sale. It is not uncommon to find savings of 70%, 80% or even 90% off the original retail price. Consignment shoppers are often the best dressed, because they can afford to be.

     

  • Service

    Most consignment shops provide a warm, friendly atmosphere that can’t be duplicated in a department store. Personal service and attention to the needs of customers are the norm rather than the exception.

     


  • Selection

    The variety of clothing you can find at a consignment shop far exceeds that of any traditional retail store. Retail stores typically carry their own name brands and a relative selection of styles that the buyer believes will sell. Consignment shops, on the other hand, carry a nearly infinite variety of styles, designers, colors, fabrics, etc., depending on what their consignor’s bring in.

     

    Not all items sell on the sales floor of consignment stores. After their expiration (Usually anywhere from 30 days to 3 months) these items are donated to charities that assist the needy, giving donations to charities in the local area.
