Store Policies and ProceduresReturn PoliciesNon-discounted children's clothing IS returnable within seven (7) days with tags and with the original store receipt. A non-expiring CREDIT VOUCHER will be issued for ALL RETURNS. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE:
Remember... Our Credit Vouchers have no expiration date! Just bring it along to any future visit to our store! Consignor Store CreditConsignors are invited to use the credit within their accounts to purchase items at Frilly Frocks. This request must be made to the Frilly Frocks' cashier prior to checkout. Wish List PolicyIf you have an interest in an item not currently in our store, you are invited to fill out our Wish List Request Form, identifying your item (s) of interest. We will call you if we receive your requested item. For your convenience, the Wish List Request Form is also available via the Customer's Corner tab.
